SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

The information on www.K-corner.fr comes partly directly from the manufacturers or from experts, ambassadors and authors respectively, and is compiled in a structured and user-friendly manner by K-corner.fr for customers.

All information on www.K-corner.fr is without obligation and any form of liability is rejected. K-corner.fr excludes in particular, within the framework of the legal provisions, any form of commitment and liability as to the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information. The information on this website is not and should not be considered as advice, including legal or medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-corner.fr gives no express or implied guarantee and makes no declaration in relation to this website. We reserve the right to change prices and range at any time and without prior notice. All product images and illustrations are not binding in terms of colours and may differ from the original. Prices are mutually binding at the time of ordering. If errors or mistakes have been made in relation to the price indicated, K-corner.fr reserves the right to make subsequent changes to the prices. In this case, the customer will be informed and is not obliged to take receipt of the products affected by the price change.

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR €) and include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the prices indicated, shipping costs that are expressly indicated on the item's web page will be incurred, depending on the type of shipping.

From an order value of 45 EUR, after deduction of discounts and special offers, shipping costs are borne by K-corner.fr (at Collissimo Point withdrawal or Pickup).

SECTION 3 - ORDER AND DELIVERY

An order becomes binding for the customer when he clicks on the "Complete order" button to confirm his order on the payment web page on which the complete order overview is displayed, at the end of the order process.

The customer then receives a corresponding confirmation of receipt e-mail from K-corner without delay after placing the order, which is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Until the time of dispatch of the order, K-corner.fr reserves the right, in a separate e-mail addressed to the customer, to refuse the order or to reduce the order amount, which does not create a contract between the customer and K-corner.fr respectively a contract governing the reduced order amount. Unless, of course, the customer informs K-corner.fr without delay that he has no interest in receiving a reduced order amount.

In particular, K-corner.fr reserves the right to refuse an order if a legal dispute exists with the customer, in particular in relation to a failure to pay for orders already existing with K-corner, or if other invoices due for payment by the same person or another person living in the same household remain outstanding.

The complete and correct indication of the delivery address remains the responsibility of the customer. If an error in the delivery address is made by the customer and, in these circumstances, a delivery is not possible, K-corner.fr may completely renounce the delivery of the product without it being possible to claim a replacement or damages.

K-corner.fr delivers goods and gift certificates in France and the European Community

K-corner.fr warehouse is located in Pau, France. The shipping policy provides that K-corner.fr ships the products within 48 hours on business days, respectively upon receipt of payment confirmation.

K-corner.fr can only be held liable for delays in delivery and the consequences arising therefrom, to the extent that these have been caused by gross negligence or a deliberate breach of contract by K-corner.fr. For all other delays in delivery and the consequences arising therefrom, including delays due to the postal service, K-corner.fr suppliers or third parties, K-corner.fr declines all liability.

SECTION 4 - VOUCHERS, REWARDS PROGRAMS AND GIFT CARDS

A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. At the end of the order process, the voucher code is entered in the field provided for this purpose. The corresponding amount is then deducted directly from the current order. Vouchers that exceed the order amount cannot be refunded.

Discounts obtained when redeeming bonus points (rewards) cannot be combined with gift certificates.

K-corner.fr offers digital gift cards, which are not physical products. E-gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions for redeeming them at the time of ordering. K-corner.fr e-gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

K-corner.fr guarantees that the products are not damaged at the time of shipment. Products that have been damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of K-corner.fr, provided that the customer informs K-corner.fr by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If K-corner.fr so wishes, the customer is obliged to return the delivered products in the original packaging to K-corner.fr without delay, the shipping costs being borne by K-corner.fr

K-corner.fr is liable to the customer for damages, to the extent that K-corner.fr's liability is determined by French product liability law.

Any other form of warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded, unless K-corner.fr has fraudulently concealed the respective defects of the products. If, however, K-corner.fr can assert other warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, K-corner.fr will, if possible, transfer these rights to the customer upon request. K-corner.fr assumes no liability for the outcome of these rights. The same applies to any claims that K-corner.fr can assert against the Post for damage occurring during transport.

In particular, K-corner.fr does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the application intended by the customer, nor that they give a particular result. Furthermore, the warranty also excludes damages that are the responsibility of the buyer, for example the consequence of improper use of the product, or damages resulting from external influences that are not the responsibility of the seller such as, for example, damages occurring during transport.

SECTION 6 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery of the goods. The right of return will be exercised by returning the goods. It is not necessary to provide reasons for the return. The goods to be returned must be sent to the following address

Returned products and packages will only be accepted in suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Exercising the right of return results in the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse processing relationship according to which the services received under the purchase contract must be reimbursed. The return costs are borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid for the goods will be refunded to the customer immediately.

If the customer has not been able to collect his package in time during the retention period of the various modes of transport, the customer must contact K-corner by email at contact@k-corner.fr to notify K-corner. We can then proceed to reship the Customer's package. Failure to collect a package does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer for a reshipment as well as for non-collection of the package associated with non-exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legal period. The return costs associated with non-collection of the package remain the responsibility of the Customer.

SECTION 7 - PAYMENTS

Orders placed via the website www.K-corner.fr must be paid in advance according to the payment methods indicated on the website www.K-corner.fr. The following payment methods are available to you: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

The customer can contact K-corner.fr by email at info@K-corner.fr if he wishes to purchase using another payment method. Payment must be received by K-corner.fr within 10 calendar days of the order. After this period, the order is cancelled and the items are restocked.

In case of prepayment, the customer will receive the account details of K-corner.fr with the confirmation email, after the order has been processed. The information is as follows:

K-corner.fr uses and processes personal data in order to maintain customer relationships, and for its own marketing purposes. The customer always has the option to stop this automatic evaluation. If no form of automatic personal evaluation is desired, the customer can object in writing at any time.

The customer will only receive a newsletter from K-corner.fr if he accepts it. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time.

If you are in the European Union, you are entitled to certain information and you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. These rights include:

K-corner.fr expressly reserves the right to adapt these general conditions to circumstances at any time and to apply them with immediate effect to subsequent orders.
