Shipping Policy
The delivery costs relating to the order are indicated to the Customer before any payment of his order and only concern deliveries made in Metropolitan France and Europe. For any other place of delivery, it will be up to the Customer to contact customer service.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday.
1. Delivery in Metropolitan France
- Colissimo home delivery 2 to 3 working days from €9.90 - free from €200 of purchase. The shipping costs will be communicated to you at the end when you validate your order.
- Mondial Relay delivery 3 to 6 working days €4.90 - free from €99 of purchase. The shipping costs will be communicated to you at the end when you validate your order.
2. Delivery Europe
- Home delivery Colissimo Europe 3 to 8 working days from 14.90€ - free from 300€ of purchase. The shipping costs will be communicated to you at the end when you validate your order.
Unless otherwise stated on the Site during the ordering process or in the description of the Products ordered, K-corner undertakes in all cases to deliver the Products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract.
The Customer may refuse a package at the time of delivery if he notices an anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, Product missing compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken or damaged Products, etc.).
If the Customer's package is returned by the Post Office or other postal service providers, K-corner will contact the Customer upon receipt of the returned package to ask what to do with their order. If the Customer has mistakenly refused the package, they may request that it be resent by paying the postal charges for the new shipment in advance. Postal charges must be paid even for orders for which postage was free when the order was placed.
If the Products ordered have not been delivered within one month (except for products indicated the deadline with an exception on the product page) from the order date, for any reason other than force majeure or the actions of the Customer, the sale may be terminated at the written request of the Customer under the conditions set out in Articles L 216-2, L 216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. It will be up to the Customer to contact customer service. The Customer will then be reimbursed, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was terminated, for all sums paid. This clause is not intended to apply if the delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure.
Deliveries take place within one to five working days to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site. (except for exceptional delays explicitly mentioned when purchasing a product)
K-corner declines all responsibility in the event of delays in delivery caused by carriers and the return of packages after a certain period due to the late presence of the customer.
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered will be delivered in one go.
In the event of a specific request from the Customer concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the products ordered, duly accepted in writing by the Seller, the costs related thereto will be subject to specific additional invoicing, on a quote previously accepted in writing by the Customer.
The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of up to 3 working days from delivery to make complaints by email to the address contact@K-corner.fr, accompanied by all supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and in the absence of having complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint may be validly accepted by K-corner.
The Seller will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its own expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and those provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out at the time when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the risk of the Seller except when the Customer has chosen the carrier himself. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.
If the customer has not been able to collect his package in time during the retention period of the various modes of transport, the customer must contact K-corner by email at contact@K-corner.fr to notify K-corner. We can then proceed to reship the Customer's package. Failure to collect a package does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer for a reshipment as well as for non-collection of the package associated with non-exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legal period. The return costs associated with non-collection of the package remain the responsibility of the Customer.
