Refund Policy
In accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.
The period of fourteen (14) days runs from receipt of the products: when the period of fourteen (14) days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
The customer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal can:
- inform Customer Service by email at contact@k-corner.fr
- send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: KLN SARL - 137 avenue de verdun 94200 Ivry sur seine
In both cases, the CUSTOMER is required to complete the following withdrawal form:

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, K-corner is required to reimburse the Customer for the amounts paid, without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs. The reimbursement is due without delay and at the latest within seven (7) days following the date of receipt of the returned products. If the return of the purchased product(s) is due to an error on the part of K-corner, the shipping and return costs will then be fully reimbursed to the Customer.
If the customer has not been able to collect his package in time during the retention period of the various modes of transport, the customer must contact K-corner by email at contact@K-corner.fr to notify K-corner. We can then proceed to reship the Customer's package. Failure to collect a package does not constitute exercising the right of withdrawal. The shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer for a reshipment as well as for non-collection of the package associated with non-exercise of the right of withdrawal within the legal period. The return costs associated with non-collection of the package remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The return of the product(s) is made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. The product must be returned in packaging provided for this purpose, not allowing the identification of the product (postal parcel, bubble envelope, kraft paper, etc.). Returned products travel at the expense and risk of the Customer. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, missing or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.
Complaint about the condition of delivered products:
The Customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of up to 3 working days from delivery to make complaints by contact@K-corner.fr, accompanied by all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and in the absence of having complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint may be validly accepted by the Seller.
